1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is successfully received and verified.
Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during high-volume promotional events or national holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your payment. Estimated transit times apply after the order has been processed and shipped.

• Eligible Countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Malaysia, Monaco, New Zealand, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, United Kingdom.
• Shipping Fee: FREE
• Estimated Transit Time: 2–5 business days

[ Philippines ]
• Shipping Fee: FREE (Standard Store Shipping)
• Local Carrier Fee: Please note that a local delivery fee of ₱500 must be paid directly to the local carrier upon delivery. This fee is separate from our shipping charges.
• Estimated Transit Time: 20–30 business days

[ United Arab Emirates & Israel ]
• Shipping Fee: FREE or USD $30 (Final rate depends on order contents and will be displayed at checkout)
• Estimated Transit Time: 2–5 business days

[ United States ]
We offer two shipping options for US deliveries:
• DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): USD $30–$90. This fee includes all applicable import duties and taxes. No additional fees will be charged upon delivery.
• DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): FREE or USD $30. Any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to the courier upon delivery.
• Estimated Transit Time: 2–5 business days

*Note on Total Delivery Time: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time (1–3 business days) + Estimated Transit Time.

3. Shipping Carriers & Order Tracking
Orders are primarily shipped via DHL Express or other reliable international standard carriers. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and link to monitor your shipment.

4. Customs, Import Duties, and Taxes
Except for DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping options, international orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. 
• Unless otherwise stated during checkout (or selected as a DDP option), these fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
• Customs policies vary by country; please contact your local customs office for more information.

5. Address Accuracy & Unclaimed Packages
Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and valid shipping address at checkout.
• Mitchang is not responsible for shipping delays or failed deliveries resulting from incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or refusal to pay required customs charges, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping charges and reshipment fees.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages
• Damaged Packages: If your order arrives visibly damaged, please take clear photos/videos of the package and its contents immediately and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Lost Packages: If tracking information stops updating or the package appears lost, please notify us so we can initiate an official inquiry with the carrier.
