At Mitchang, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take pride in offering authentic luxury goods that are carefully inspected before shipment. Because many of our products are pre-owned, vintage, limited edition, or one-of-a-kind, please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Policy

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all sales are considered final.

Please review all product descriptions, photographs, measurements, and condition reports carefully before placing your order.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Refund & Return Policy.

2. Eligible Returns

• You received the wrong item.

• The item received is significantly different from the product description.

• The item is confirmed to be inauthentic.

• The item arrived with shipping damage that is reported in accordance with this policy.

Return requests are subject to review and approval by Mitchang.

3. Return Request Period

Customers must inspect their order immediately upon receipt and contact Mitchang without delay if there are any concerns regarding the item.

Prompt notification helps ensure that the item has not been altered, used, damaged after delivery, or affected by circumstances beyond our control.

Requests submitted after an unreasonable delay may not be accepted.

4. Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a return, the item must:

• Be in the same condition as received.

• Include all original accessories, packaging, authenticity cards, certificates, dust bags, boxes, tags, and any other included items.

• Show no signs of additional wear, use, cleaning, repair, or alteration after delivery.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

5. Shipping Damage

If your package arrives damaged:

• Contact us immediately upon delivery.

Failure to provide sufficient documentation may affect your claim.

6. Non-Returnable Items

• Color differences caused by screen displays

• Minor signs of wear consistent with a pre-owned or vintage item

• Natural characteristics of leather, gemstones, precious metals, or other materials

7. Return Shipping

If a return is approved due to an error by Mitchang, we will provide instructions regarding the return shipment.

If a return is approved for any other eligible reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All approved returns should be shipped using a trackable and insured shipping service.

Mitchang is not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged during transit.

8. Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method whenever possible.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, currency conversion fees, and payment processing fees may not be refundable unless required by law.

9. Order Cancellations

Orders may not be cancelled after payment has been confirmed unless otherwise agreed by Mitchang.

If a cancellation is approved before shipment, applicable payment processing fees or administrative charges may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.

10. Authenticity Guarantee

If a customer believes an item is not authentic, they must contact Mitchang before seeking any third-party repair or alteration.

Claims regarding authenticity will be reviewed according to our Authenticity Guarantee.
